"I bought this AEG during the Black Friday sale for < $100. It's a perfect starting point for the most compact CQB system available anywhere. The all metal design is hefty, so if you have girly arms don't buy this beast.
Upgrades you will want to consider:
-Get a larger PEQ box so you can use typical batteries (the included PEQ box and battery are fine, but you won't be able to find a replacement/upgrade battery).
-Red/Green dot site - the iron sites work perfectly fine, but an open holographic red dot is always preferred.
-Folding stock - this will give you the option of a more stable system when folded out, or the complete freedom of the stock small form factor when folded up
-Forgrip - absolutely necessary if you don't put a stock on this system.
-Barrel upgrades - AEG barrels at this length do not exist. If you are handy, consider getting a 6.01mm m4 barrel and cutting it down to size (grinding and polishing the cut edge is recommended). I did this, and now, this pistol sized system is as accurate as most high-end sniper rifles.
-1 point bungee sling - ergonomic and comfortable method of carrying the system.
-Magazine clamp - double the amount of ammo you carry and decrease your reload timing by having a second mag attached. Not for the weak.
-300 lumen 7w tactical flashlight - blind your foes in CQB for under $20.
In summary, I got a helluva deal on this AEG, and used the savings to add upgrades. Now I have the smallest CQB form factor M4, with a 9.6v battery (high ROF) and 6.01mm barrel, making this a pistol sized, rapid fire, sniper rifle. What more could you possibly want?"
