2017 Airsoft Megastore CPO Airsoft Gun Mystery Box

"I ordered (2) of these CPO mystery boxes. The first was for an M4, which was just like the one I already have (I ordered another as an extra for my teammates) except it had a few upgrades that mine did not. I am incredibly happy with this purchase and I am going to definitely buy another at this awesome price. The second was a G-36, which was actually a G608-4. I was originally a bit upset about it, but when I opened the box and it was in the original plastic with all of the gear that you would get with a new purchase (charger, mag, battery) how could I complain. After firing it, I loved it. Its longer than the G36C that I expected and again, I couldn't be happier. (2) awesome guns at AMAZING pricing....couldn't be a better deal!"

"I bought 3 boxes thinking they would each be a different model, but I received all 3 M16/4 family. I kind of wish there was variety if you ordered the max, but I am still extremely happy considering this is just their extra stock or whatever. Received an Amoeba RAS-S 007 (M4 SBR) which retails for $250, so that alone already covered my $200 purchace, but the other 2 M16 rifles were not too bad either. All averaged around 300FPS, had varying rate of fire (which is nice. The smaller the rifle, the higher rate of fire in my case) and had fairly fast resets for 2 of them. If you are looking for a first airsoft gun I recommend going this route. You will not be disappointing. However, I suggest including in your order a battery for each gun (as only 2 came with it), and a smart charger (only one came with a trickle charger). Alone, the worst of these rifles are worth around $100. If you absolutely want a different model just sell the ones you don't like on Ebay or something for a cheap price and use that money to buy another 3 boxes. I'm keeping all of mine to set up as a SMG, Carbine Length Rifle, and M16 LMG, but I am still going to put another order for another 3 rifles. Fantastic buy. One other thing to be aware of is that their shipping is slooooooooow. Expect half a month before your order gets to you. So buy in advance!"

"Got a stubby M4. The guns are most definitely worth more than the price you pay but don't expect it to be something you might like. I didn't like the tiny setup so I ended up dropping $30 more on another body from someone for the parts. The gun works great, just don't like the externals. Also yes it's full metal, inside and out. Keep in mind that a mystery box is a mystery and unless you're buying it to surprise yourself, don't get it in hopes of having something amazing cause there's no guarantee. The guns are still worth way more than the price you pay."

"I got the Ares Amoeba which is the airsoft version of the m4 honey badger. Retailing a $300 and getting it for only $80 (shipping included) was definitely worth it. The condition of the gun was almost perfect. The only con so far is battery space. Will be getting more of these CPO mystery boxes in the future."

"I received the CYMA CM049J. It was in full working order and came with mag, battery, and charger. Tossed the 8.4v and charger in favor of a 9.6v and my smart charger but the gun works great and I couldn't be happier."

"I've ordered 3 of these CPO boxes now. They are subject to availability, which is a bit of a downer if you know exactly what you want and they don't happen to have your favorite model in stock, plus not all models are available. However, every one of these I've ordered has been in excellent condition and have been very well built guns. I would go so far as to say that they are actually better than advertised, because I noted when I read the description as I was carefully considering whether or not to take the risk on CPO's that the description only specified a metal gearbox. Yet every one of these I have ordered has been all metal construction. These things *feel* like a real gun, which is a major selling point for me personally, because one of my main interests regarding airsoft is the Mil Sim aspect of it. I haven't owned either of these very long, so they still have that test to pass but I would say if you are on a tight budget like me but still want something that is good quality and durable this is pretty stinking hard to beat for the price. Seasoned airsofters may disagree with me on this, I don't know--but in some ways I'm more comfortable buying one of these refurb guns than a brand new straight from the factory gun because sometimes these manufacturers cheap out on the parts and with these guns we know the techs at ASMS have recently inspected and worked on and tested the gun. Seems like you'd be less likely to have a gun with a problem out of the box going this route. Wouldn't know from experience at this point, just seems logical. Another thing: Every one of the guns I've gotten also retails for at least $200 normally, so there's no baiting and switching going on when they say " a good gun at a fraction of the price." The only thing keeping me from giving these a 5/5 is that I try to avoid presuming omniscience and I've only recently gotten them. So if the concerns I talk about echo your own and/or you're in the same boat as me, this seems to be the way to go. Final analysis: 4/5 Would order again."

"I feel as though i received a gun worth the amount I paid, maybe a little more than i paid. This is a great option if you aren't really sure what you want for a back up gun, or maybe to have on hand in case a buddy wants to play. Fair price for what you pay. Will use this again if i ever need more guns."

"Besides MAJOR shipping issues (first time out of like 10 orders) this box is pretty ok, I ordered 3, $60 each (tax/ free shipping) FIRST GUN: I got a G&G Tan Combat Machine (retials around $150) - Non functional rectractable stock, chipped flash hider, and scratched up black mag (not original tan G&G mag) I later noticed they literally gave me the same one they use to display on the website, it has the same flash hider chip and everything... Weird. SECOND GUN: I got a cheap all polymer Dboys M4, completely new looking but most disapponting of the bunch (retails for about $100) THIRD GUN: An AY Full Metal Stubby M4 with Wire Stock (Retials for about $200) I'm not of fan of stubbys but it grew on me (; probably because it was all metal and was basically in new condition aswell. OVERALL I got like $450+ tax worth of guns for $180 flat. I'm only really disappointed with the combat machine being in unoriginal condition, getting a polymer Dboys, and the fact that I got THREE M4s. SOME variety would've been GREATLY appreciated. but thanks anyways AMS"

"i got a jg g608- whatever, its a damn g36. overall its a tone better than what i expected but i do currently have issues with the gears locking up, but hay i ordered it 4 months ago and its shot almost 20,000 bbs from me alone. so its about time i crack it open and tune it to my liking, good box, ill be getting more in the future."

"I ordered this a few weeks ago, I'd been looking for a backup primary and the price was too good to pass up. I got an SRC SR5AU, full metal with a seemingly pretty powerful gearbox. The battery is a bit of a pain to get in, but other than that it was definitely worth the price. I will be using this again."

"I got a brand new Golden eagle G36k, sounds like a great deal but it is all plastic, even the bushings in the gearbox are plastic. Its a nice looking gun would of really liked an m4 over this. Giving it 3 starts because i pretty much got a new gun thats worth less than a used gun that has better parts."
