"These were my 1st pair of goggles. They seem a bit toyish, and I've had them for about 7-8 months. They hold up very well, as I've suffered some intense head-shots in CQB games. The max engage distance was 3 meters, and while I don't think I suffered direct impact that close, I think it's important to note this indoor field I played at had some close encounters, which I know I ate some shots to the eyes.
Pros:
- VERY comfortable. I wear glasses, and these fit around it very nicely. There's plenty field of view, and the straps are easily adjustable
- Large vents for air circulation. While any pair of goggles should be equip with fans, these hold up nicely.
- The goggles don't fog, but my glasses do. This proves it has an excellent seal, and it absorbs sweat from your forehead just fine.
Cons:
- Bright colored rim. This makes you an easy target, but you can easily get some camo tape and carefully wrap it around to make you a little more camouflage.
Thoughts:
These obviously are not tinted. I don't like tinted goggles, as my eyesight is awful, and I need to notice as much color as possible. With that said, some people might not like the sun in their eyes so much.
I see no reason to drop $20-$50 on expensive goggles, when these are fantastic. They may now have a milsim look, but they get the job done. 5/5"
