"this gun is the best gun i have ever seen and or used. almost all of it is metal except for the stock and pistol grip. this is by no means a beginner gun. i highly recomend this gun it is worth its price.. the gun is basically a sniper that u can use in the field too. its amazing! it shoots at average bout 390-410 fps! pros: -powerful -fast -good rof -great distance -sturdy -metal -battery length -VERY VERY accurate -realistic feel and look -390-410 fps average cons: -battery is a lil shaky in the stock but a sock fixed that -lil heavy but after bout a half hour of having it u get used to it -plastic flash hider is difficult to get off u need a rench to get it off to put the metal one that it comes with on. the gun shoots roughly 200 feet or father. its a great gun and i recomend a red dot scope because of its range. overall i highly recomend this gun.This is NOT a beginner gun it is for more experinced airsofters. "This gun will destroy everyone! haha. It came yesterday, and I played a few matches with it today. It is deadly ACCURATE!!! If you adjust the hop-up well, and use good bb's, you'll nail people from well over 200 feet. And I mean WELL OVER. I've only shot a few hundred rounds so far, but it's CRAZY ACCURATE, and has a VERY long range. The parts are very high quality. Functions beautifully. If you don't buy this gun, or one of the SR-25's from A&K, you're crazy. haha. But seriously, get it. It'll change your game. :) "

"This is an EXCELLENT gun! It is all metal except for the pistol grip and the stock, which are made of very heavy duty plastic. I recently had mine chronographed with .2 gram bbs, and it shot an average of 434 fps, with the high end being 437 fps and the low end being 431 fps. This gun will shred a pop can! The battery will last through 4-5 hours of heavy shooting. The gun is around 36 inches long. Cons: There is no mount for a sling, the trigger will sometimes get stuck (it is easily unjammed ), and the fore grip is cheap, but it works so its ok. The muzzle brake shown on the box doesn't come mounted on the gun, but its included so you can put it on yourself. The screws are hard to take out because you need a metric allen wrench set. There is slight magazine wobble. Pros: Very high fps (390-430), solid metal construction, good iron sights (they'll need a little adjusting), great accuracy and range! Also the mag that comes with the gun is very high quality."

"This gun works really well. I've owned it for about a month now and it has worked great. Its accurate, i was able to watch the bb threw the sites the whole time on a atrget over 100 feet away. with a .2 bb there was about a 3 foot spred in that distance whcih is pretty good considering that its a smooth barrel and a round projectile. The battery pack it comes with is kinda small but i got a new one at HobbyTown that work fantastically. Theres no spot to mount a sling but u can buy a mount that goes on a rail and it didnt come with an instruction manual but most of that is just minor stuff. Over-all, it feels realistic when u are holding it, the hop-up works good (theres a gear you turn when u pul the charging handle, didnt know that at first). it shoots true and you wont be disappointed if you buy this gun"

"This is my 2nd AEG. Arrived in about a week, decent ROF, mine came w/a 9.6 small battery, plastic bird cage flash suppressor was a pain to get off, motor is loud and echos in stock, decent range, heavy w/scope and bipod. Over all, nice rifle."

"As I picked up the box, I could feel the weight, it was orgasmic. The ROF is great. I dont need 1k bbs in the air if I only need to hit him 3 times, conserves both battery and ammo. It comes with another flash hider, which looks really nice. Bit of a problem to get the old one off, this is how to do it. On the bottom, there is a circular hole, I used a small hex. After, I used some pliers to screw the old one off. Twist the new one on, and make sure its tight, and there you go! No need to put the hex back in. I think that covers everything Pros: -Good FPS -Good ROF -Heavy -HOPUP works like a champ Cons: -battery clanks around in the stock, but that is fixed by a sock. -Fuse makes getting the connector out hard -The sights wobble a bit, but not enough to effect accuracy. "I just got this rifle today. It is an amazing weapon. Of course like everything, it has Up's and Down's. First off, it has a really nice weight to it. A lot of people in reviews i have read say its 'very heavy' well they must be pretty weak, it is about the same weight of an actual M16. Well balanced and easy to carry. Next it is accurate. i cant say much about this because i just got it, but from what i was shooting today it is very good. For the bad part; i dont know if anyone else has had this problem but my trigger gets stuck. it shoots perfectly fine on semi but when you switch to auto it either shoots fine or the trigger gets stuck and you have to pull hard to get it moving and feels like i will break it. sometimes the trigger wont come back at all on auto. The FPS was 400+ i cant give an exact because my friend's chrono jumps around but it is consistently over 400 which is a plus! This rifle is AMAZING. the trigger problem will be an easy fix i'm sure. This weapon= beast."

"Good rate of fire and power, but one key design flaw. See that really long barrel? It's is free floating in the foregrip...meaning, that long, heavy barrel is not supported except at the base. That is a terrible design flaw. That being the case, the barrel has worked itself loose and it is difficult to take apart this rifle to fix it. All they had to do is make a mount that fits into the end of the foregrip to secure the barrel snuggly, but they didn't. Don't buy this rifle because of that flaw. "

"This is not a hate rant. This is fact. Be forewarned that the description of this gun is incorrect.I took pictures of the the entire unboxing including the packing materials. I received the gun originally missing the SPR flash hider. I called and was told I would have to mail the entire gun back in order to receive the part that was obviously taken out of the package from the warehouse and that would take 1-3 days for them to do a warehouse search. In the meantime I figured I could still use the gun without the SPR flash hider. I cleaned the barrel and charged the battery using a smart charger.(only NIMH comes with the gun, only charger I own) Once charged, loaded the included magazine and ...nothing. The motor was clanking and jumping in the handle but the gun was not firing. I removed the magazine and emptied half the BBs from it and then tried to shoot again, same thing happened. Removed the magazine altogether and inspected the barrel, no jam, open barrel. Decided to dry fire, nothing. same result of the clanking and motor jumping in the handle. Since this was only an interim gun I had already planned on replacing a bunch parts inside so I figured what the heck, might as well take it apart to see whats wrong. That's when the bad really started to happen. The "newest" version gearbox has 6mm bushings, there was absolutely no grease on any of the gears in the bearbox, the "air tight" cylinder was nothing close to having any kind of compression, the m16 lenght barrel (509mm) was actually 349mm!, The ball bearing spring guide, was metal with no ball bearings and not even a spacer between the spring and spring guide. The trigger mechanism was the old white plastic version not the newer, higher amperage black plastic. Needless to say I took a video and posted in on youtube. A&K m16 spr mod 0 is the title. I called Airsoft Megastore and spoke to their Tech department. I explained what had transpired and what I had found. The Tech informed me to not forward pictures or video and that he would send me a prepaid shipping label for the return and assured me there would be no restocking fee and I would receive a full refund to which my reply was: " I am not concerned with the refund as much as I am concerned with how this gun is being sold. What if a teenage kid had bought this gun after having worked all summer or been saving since Christmas or birthday and then they get this pile of junk" I wanted to be sure they were going to do something about this obvious deception either perpetrated by A&K and/or Airsoft Megastore. The Tech told me they will be sure to have it looked into. Well, I guess they get paid to shuffle as many customer complaints under the rug as possible. I received my confirmation email that they had indeed received my gun and they will be applying my credit to my account within 1-2 business days but the amount I was credited was not the amount I paid for the gun or the tax that was paid on the purchase, it was 25.00 less that what I should have received. So the kicker is, I called today and spoke with Tech again, the person who issued my RMA number and was told that there was a restocking fee because there was too much tape on the box that they couldn't resell the gun "as new"!!!! Needless to say I was flabberghasted at that comment. The amount of tape on the box was exactly what was on there to begin with, in the exact spots( this isn't my first rodeo) but most importantly, Airsoft Megastore plans TO RESELL THIS GUN to some unsuspecting person. This was my first purchase with Airsoft Megastore and it will be my last for sure. I am sure they are fine purveyors of goods that literally pass from one hand to the other but as for being a quality oriented, customer driven company; they have failed miserably in my eyes and this complete lack of professionalism in regards to either an oversight from the manufacturer or blatant fraud should make any prospective customer choose another retailer of more proven and reputable character."
