"I purchased this charger over two years ago and it still works great. It has a little red light that comes on when you plug in a dead battery, and a green one comes on when it is done charging. It also has a temperature sensor that have to tape to the battery. If the battery gets too hot it slows down the charging rate in order to avoid damaging it. You can not charge batteries lower than 7.2 volts or higher that 12 volts. You also can not charge batteries with mah (milliamps) below 900 mah and above 5000 mah, or the charger will self destruct. I plugged in my 8.2 volt 900 mah battery into it, and it charged it within 30 minutes. If I had charged my battery with the standard charger it would have taken about 5 hours. If you follow the instructions then it will last a long time. This new version seems to be a generic version but mine was Tenergy. Overall this is a good product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for quick, worry free battery charging."

"the charger is great it has all the attachments to go from a large type to a small type to alligator clips (which i'm not really sure what they go to) it comes with 2 extra fuses and a tempature sensor to make sure the battery overheats and has a .9 volt charge and a 1.8 volt charge switch and 1.8 volt is for batteries over 2100 mah and the light changes from red to green when the charge is done but the instructions say that it charges an 1800 mah battery at the .9 setting it charges in 150 minutes it takes mine about 3 1/2 hours to charge the battery that came with my gun which is a 8.4 volt 1100 mah. but the charger that came with the gun takes about 5 hours. all in all it does what it is supposed to do when it's done charging it changes to a trickle and discharger to prevent battery damage. but if your getting an airsoft gun it is a must to buy a smart charger"

"this charger is good but not as good as every one sais it is. it charges an 8.4v 1100 mah battery in like 45min. to an hour. people say it charges their 4400 bat in like 1 hour but i think its bogus. might just be mine but still well worth the money. its much smaller that u think its like 5in. the long way. quite small but works well it doesnt actually stop chargeing when the bat. is does it just charges incredibly slowly like 50 MOA or watever u call it. anyway very good"

"I recieved this charger in a AMS "AEG Kit". It is displayed on the AMS site as a TENERGY charger. Some reviews state that this charger came with a temperature sensor. Mine did not. After researching TENERGY's web site, and also researching the part number listed on the back of the charger, this is produced for AMS by a Chinese company, NOT Tenergy Corp. I do not believe that this charger has temperature sensing capability. I also feel that this product has been mis listed and improperly tagged. I have compared this charger to another charger produced and purchased from a licensed TENERGY retailer and they are NOT the same. Be careful of listings and research what you purchase to insure you are getting the product you are paying for."
