"I realize that this is a much cheaper version of ARES's Tavor, and I jumped at the opportunity without hesitating, but that might have been a mistake. The body is cheap-feeling plastic, not what I was expecting from a $200 gun. My cheaper JG G36C is made of a nicer polymer. The gearbox is also a slight disappointment. I found that it fares poorly with .25g BB's out of the box. With .20g BB's, their trajectory drops too soon after leaving the barrel, even with max hop-up. I'm not sure how much hassle is involved in removing the gearbox, but you should be able to open it up and upgrade it fairly easily. I haven't yet tried the quick change spring system. A 9.6V mini battery fit perfectly in the battery compartment. The intellect nunchuck battery had excess wiring, but it fit.
Pros: Awesome looking gun, less expensive than ARES' version
Cons: Cheap plastic body, weak stock gearbox(at least the stock spring), mag feeding issue, no side rails despite description
