Our take:  The SRC factory replacement high-speed motor is an affordable, yet high quality airsoft AEG motor that has been enhanced for high RPM (revolution per minute) output.  This SRC High Speed motor is perfect for lower FPS, higher rate of fire AEGs, and puts less strain on the gearbox.  This motor is compatible with most Version 2 gearbox AEGs, including M4, M16, M5, and T3 AEGs.

    - Advanced design, an excellent value
    - Ready to use right out of the box; professional installation is recommended/may be required
    - For use with metal gearbox AEGs only.  Make sure your gearbox components (ie. piston & gears) are robust enough to handle high speed output.

    ok motor for $25
    By: keith

"this motor is ok but its not all that high speed. it shoots the same rps as my stock well and stock dboys motor. this motor is cheap and for only $25 u rally cant go wrong but if u want a motor to get more rps this is NOT the motor to buy then. (it pretty much is just a stock src motor) Pros cheap cons shoots the same as my stock motors that are not that good not at all strong magnets in the motor did not give me the rps that i was going for at 25 RPS I am using a well gear box with a m80 spring and this motor is shooting around 11- 13 rps with a 9.6 volt battery. (ok but pretty much shoots the same as stock but with a little more snappy trigger response). I would say save your money and get a better and a more high speed motor if your going for high rps."
