"Got this firearm about 2-3 years ago and still works incredible. First of all, this rifle is incredibly accurate to an actual AR, as it is nearly the same weight, length and feel as a real one (I own my own AR and have handled and fired many more). The rifle is an excellent base for improving and upgrading, but also can be used as a solid airsoft weapon straight out of the box. I personally added a red/green dot sight, upgraded the battery, and added a tactical laser. Love the rails on this weapon, great to use. Shoots very hard, from 400 to up to 450 with my upgraded battery and is still going strong to this day. Very accurate, and quite honestly, when you deck it out, it looks very badass. "Got this M4 the other day and I have to say it is very accurate out of the box. The front rail and barrel was a little loose, however after taking it apart and tightening it, it now works great. This is a very inexpensive good quality metal M4. If you are looking for a cheap, accurate starter M4, this is it."

"Chrono'd 417.9 fps out of the box first shot. 400.7 fps second shot with 0.20g BB's. Only two complaints so far, The flash hider is glued on for customs and you need it off to remove the front sight post. And second once in awhile the gun on full auto sounds like it bogs down as if the battery is dying. But I usually drop out of full auto and get right back on it and it's fine. Gonna try a higher mAH battery when I get some spare cash to see if that will stop. I've already suggested this gun to 3 people and can say I don't think you'll be to disappointed in combat if you have this."

"people if you tighten the big scrue on the bottom of the pistol grip it will soften the sound of your motor left=louder right=softer but to tight and it will stop the motor from working but if that happens just loosen it"

"The PEQ Box does not have to be on the top of the rifle, in fact, it's ridiculous if it did because you won't be able to use your sights. Mine is on the right side rail, makes it real easy to connect with the cord used for power (battery is in PEQ Box and that is the only place it can go in)."

"Wow. All I can say about this rifle. First off, very sturdy and heavy duty gun, somewhat of a slower rate of fire on full auto but thats just like the real M4's. Ive added my own touches to my rifle and its held up pretty well. Now, to answer everyone's question about the flash hider, it is removable (14mm CCW Thread) but the small screw holding it in is a 1.5mm FLAT HEAD! Its difficult to get off, so what I did was cover the metal with paper towels and spray the flash hider with matte black spray paint; excellent finish. Anyways its a heavy hitter, I assure you that. "This gun is really good right out of the box it shot excellent. Only problem I had with it was taking off the little flash hider at the end of the gun, it took a little force and I scratched the barrel a little. Another problem was the end of the gun where that battery goes was a little shaky and I'm not too sure how to fix it. Other then that amazing gun. Pretty good buy, oh also the inside of the box said the gun shoots 380 fps Idk if this website was wrong or what and I have nothing to test the speed of it with Edit** Also with the FPS I was shooting my aluminum shed from about eighty feet away and it was denting it every shot"

"look do not! i repeat DO NOT buy the d boys m4 that 30 dollar difference is the difference between 60ft of range. this gun shoots as far as some average snipers but is automatic. and i do think you can put it in the rail mount but its a real bitch getting the battery out but u can always keep it in the rail mount and just extend the cord to the gun. i myself am using a 9.6v battery so i need to put it in the peg box because it is a tad bigger. my gun is worth about 400-450 dollars with a scope, a bi-pod, and 8 high cap mags, 2 vietnam mid caps, 1 regulare mid cap, a new stock(or comfort, the 1 it comes with is fine i just had a better 1 at home)and a sling. now u don't need all that but i got it for christmas. "the 380 is more correct than 435, but i am sure that it can top out at 435. even though 380 is still hitting hard i bought this gun about a month ago and it is wonder full the sight rail is easy enought to sight in and eliminates the need for any sight, with the for-grip on and the peq box attached to the side this is by far the most cofortable gun i own. and for the price having a FULL metal body is awesome. the only thing that isnt metal is the peq box and the slide-stock."

"I've had this rifle now for 4 months. This is a great rifle! Now that I've had time to use it I believe I have the feel for the rifle. After 4 months of use I must say that the rifle is the real deal. Have not had one problem with it. Still shoots hard, but now it shoots about 360 to 380 on 20. YOU CAN USE A RIFLE THAT SHOOTS OVER 400 FPS AT MOST EVENTS. I guess if you play in the back yard it's fine to beat the hell out of people but in the end if you are planning to play at events it shoots almost to hard. FPS does not = range. It equals pain and welts. Don't get taken about a high FPS. Too the last review. NEVER USE .12 ammo for an AEG that shoots this hard. They will explode in the barrel and damage it. In fact never use .12's at all. VERY, VERY CHEAP AMMO. And if you have the gun you know that the PEQ box can be set to the side of the RIS and a scope or something can be mounted normally. On a scale from 1 to 10, this rifle gets a 8.5. OUTSTANDING RIFLE!!!!!"

"Do the fellow below and any one else concerned: The battery will only fit inside the PEQ box. The rifle wasn't designed to have the battery in the rail by the barrel. Only option is the PEQ box. The metal parts include the gear box, barrel, rail, and iron sights. Plastic parts are pistol grip, stock, and the fore grip (which is kinda wobbly). If some of you get iffy on those parts, don't worry. Those parts are plastic on real M4/M16's and are very durable. The rifle itself is very realistic in weight (this coming from an experienced AR15 shooter and owner, if you don't know what an AR15 is then look it up). It was pretty accurate out of the box and with a little adjusting was firing consistently out to 40 yards with heavy .20 bb's. Haven't really had any problems. Magazine fits in they're nicely. But if you're annoyed with rattly high caps then find some mid caps for 8 bucks and you're set. "

"the gun is amazing!!!!!! the flash hider wont come off so the silencer wont go on but if it did it would be counter clockwise.there are ris rails under the barrel and the carrying handle.i would reccomend a 1 point bungie sling cause the gun deos get heavy after a while.i would also reccomend a red dot and a extra mag rate of fire is amazing with a 9.6 battery "

"This gun is great, it's full metal (except for the stock and battery) and respectably accurate even with .12 bb's out to a range of around 120 feet. The first day I got it i sheded a can to scrap from 20 feet with .12's and i was amazed. there are only a couple of cons so far, it's a little on the loud side, the battery is a little bulky and the top rail cover on th fore grip is almost impossible to take off without totally taking the gun apart but there's four other rails so its not that big of a deal. Lastly it doesn't fire the last few bbs in the clip but with gear wind up that's normal (-.-). All in all this is a great gun that will most likely give you the upper hand in an airsoft war. great buy!!!! "

"Craftsmanship: So so, not too bad it's only a toy. Mine does not have a good fit on the RIS but it was an easy fix with a spacer between the Delta ring and the low RIS hand guard then it's OK. "The gun's performance is exelent. Problems... the selector lever, got loose. i tried to get it back on... i needed to dismantle the motor part.. never got to, and lost the lever.(its always on automatic) the front railing system is way offset.( i use to have a problem that the under rail would just come off when holding the grip too hard forward. when i tried removing the front sight, i came across this offset problem. since the top and side rails are combines, the rear top half was always popped up, and did not want to lock in. after removing the front sight mounting back in, saw that the teeth inside the rail lock were not matching the the main top rail of the body.(before the top rail was not offset but was not locked in. the teeth were not matching the position i wanted the top rail to be so it would not lock in) the rail is still offset, but is tightly locked in more than before because of my observations.(use to be very loose and unreliable) "

"I bought this gun with the expectation that this would be a great gun. However, this gun did not live up to expectations by a long shot. Whoever decided to put the battery in a seperate compartment is a fool. The fixing ring does not come back far enough for me to even put the foregrip back in place and there is no way to put it in. I would NOT recommend buying this gun."

"The only good thing was that the shipping was fast. over all looks, the paint was scraped off in some places, or just poorly applied. I went to remove the barrel as per manuals instructions, remove body pin and press up on bolt release (the housing in front of the dummy button) and pull with light pressure and the receiver should separate in a folding manner.... oh it separated and snapped the hop up, along with crushing the wires leading from the battery to gearbox, along with crushing the plastic nipple on the gearbox, on closer inspection it looks as if it was pouched right from factory. I am not impressed. the agm line should be removed from your store. I would love to ship this back to you. Duty fees and shipping would cost as much as another rifle. I do not recommend this product. save up a bit more cash and get a higher quality rifle. absolute garbage got one star because I had to give a rating"
