Chronoing in at over 500 FPS, the Type 22 bolt action is a force to be reckoned with, to say the least. This model, unlike many others on the market, is the LATEST enhancedproduction run version from WellFire, complete with the latest tweaksand adjustments from the brainiacs over at WellFire's sniper rifledevelopment division.
This is the NEWEST full metal bolt action sniper to hit the market. Widely regarded as the HARDEST SHOOTING bolt action sniper on the market, this rifle comes with a FULL TACTICAL PACKAGE upgrade package from the factory, which includes a high-end precision 3-9x40 zooming scope and a tactical metallic adjustable bipod, both to be detailed later. Subsequently, it is one of the nicest bolt actions on the market for under $300. It is extremely heavy with a one-piece full metal barrel, and also comes with RIS mount where other tactical accessories such as lasers or flashlights can be easily mounted. The body is nicely finished and is durably constructed of a mix of high-impact polymer and metallic components.
The most special feature of this sniper, perhaps, is its rear stock. It has an adjustable ergonomic cheek pad for maximum sniping comfort, and also can be adjusted for length and hence, comfort. Back to the package, the rifle comes with a high quality metal scope, which is adjustable for zoom (3x - 9x zoom). The scope improves accuracy, especially for long distance targets, and is extremely functional as an effective tool during the target acquisition process. A metallic adjustable bipod, which is easily removable, is also included with the package. The bipod allows for the user to stand the rifle against virtually any surface for a steady shot, and folds away when you need to carry the gun in motion.
