Our take:  This is the NEWEST full metal APS SR-2 modular bolt action sniper to hit the market.  It is a one-of-a-kind, unique sniper rifle that has its design rooted in modular versatility.  As such, there is a weaver rail for optics mounting, a grooved ergonomic pistol grip, and most significantly, a modular LE-style M4 collapsible/adjustable rear stock.  This rifle is extremely heavy with a one-piece full metal sniper barrel.  The body is nicely finished and most importantly, it shoots extremely hard and extremely accurately, topping out at 470 FPS with 0.20g BBs.

The tactical rear stock is extremely beneficial to Airsoft snipers who need a lightweight, yet adjustable rear stock for multi-variable shooting conditions.  This stock delivers just that, and does so with style.  With adjustable hop up, a powerful spring and heavy-duty bolt assembly installed directly from the factory, and an extremely long barrel, power and accuracy are ensured.

Please note:  These are manufactured by WellFire, and are NOT the M187-replica variant.  WellFire's MB06 rifles shoot at a slightly higher FPS and are on their 3rd production run, which means they are more consistent when it comes to quality and overall shooting performance performance.  We are aware of other retailers in the marketplace selling/shipping the M187-models but marketing them as "Well MB06" snipers, and want to clarify that we are selling and shipping ACTUAL MB06 models, not the M187 replicas.

Amazing!

"I greatly anticipated this gun getting here, and as soon as the delivery man got out of the truck I ran to go get it. I was extremely pleased with the ability the switch the bolt over to the left side, and I love the M4 style grip and stock. This gun hits really hard, I was putting dents in Steel from 20 feet out of the box! Pros: Ambidextrous, Mostly metal, Sturdy, Adjustable stock, Extreme power and accuracy, Good capacity Cons: The bolt for the left hand side is not lubricated,so the bolt lock (you'll have to place it on the opposite side as well) wont slide between groves easily unless lubed. The magazine is in kind of a strange position, but after time you get used to it, The magazine is a massive pain to reload without the speed loader,so don't lose it!! Overall, 5/5 Appearance, 4/5 Convenience (just the magazine location) 5/5 Power/accuracy, and 5/5 Built quality I would strongly recommend this gun to beginers and vets alike!"

Great Buy

"I just received the gun in the mail the other day and took it for a test-fire. Make of the gun: My initial views about the body of the gun are that it feels quite solid for the most part. Nothing rattles around at all, and the parts fit together nice and tight. It has a great build. The extendable stock is made of solid plastic that feels cheap, but it seems to be fairly strong as well as extremely light-weight. The mechanics are a bit hard to move at first, but they get smoother as you work the bolt for the first few shots (which is understandable). There is also a standard full-metal rail system on the top of the rifle that spans just under 7 inches long. The clip is quite odd compared to other sniper magazines that I have seen. The top portion is spring loaded and helps to retrieve it from the gun when empty. Loading it takes a little bit of practice because it has a strange shape. The package DOES include a standard speed-loader AND a small attachment that you clip onto the end of it. This little attachment gives the speed-loader the correct angle and shape it needs to correctly load the magazine. Now for performance: The gun fires quite consistently (using the 0.20g BBs that came with it inside of the box). I don't own a chrono, so I can't give you the exact FPS that the gun is firing at, but it seems to be right about 450-470 or so. The hop-up is quite easy to manage as well, so getting those perfect shots requires just a minimal amount of tweaking. It's too cold where I live to give it a full rundown outside right now, but I'll try to post another review when summer rolls around (and I actually use it in some matches). Bottom line as of right now, I am very satisfied, and I would recommend this gun for beginners and pros alike. If you like sniping, this gun would be an optimal choice."

pretty good....

""When I read the reviews, I had no doubt that this was a good starter sniper rifle. I received it quicker than I thought it was, and was greatly impressed with its accurate shots and quietness. Pros: Consistent, and easy to pull the bolt. I shot a hole straight through a soda can from 25ft!. It is also accurate, but only to 70ft. It is very light, and can be carried easy Cons: The mag is hard to load, so keep it in good condition! IMPORTANT! THE FPS ON MINE READ ONLY 400FPS WITH .20G. SO, BE WARNED! Also, the bolt grip is VERY fragile, and might come off! Other than that, the gun is really decent for its price, and I HIGHLY recommend it""

well worth it

"I bought this gun about two weeks ago, and its great. Its super accurate, within thirty yards I can keep the bb's in a six inch circle on a day with no wind, and at 100 yards, i can keep the bb's well within 3x3 feet. There are two downsides to the gun though, one being that said "carbon stock" that it had apparently, .......its plastic and it hurts your arm after a while, so I suggest taking a small piece of foam from a sleeping mat and super glue, or duct tape it on, ( if you're cheap, like me)! The other downside (more so than the other) is that the bb's fall out of the barrel if you point it down. So if you like to camp up in trees, I suggest looking elsewhere for a gun, but if you're just on the ground, it'll do just fine. I used it in a battle the other day with a couple of my buddies with automatics........ and I dominated. They were riddled with welts when the day was over. Its over all a great buy and whether you just want to use it as a backyard can plinker, or use it in wars (recommended), its a great gun."

Good, but...

"First of all, great gun. Accurate as hell right outa the box. However, the buttstock loosened up on mine, and there is no way to tighten it without taking the gun apart. I ended up putting the buttstock back on with JB Weld, which holds wonderfully. Worth the money, just be prepared to make some changes."
