Return Policy
Due to the nature of Airsoft products and accessories, all sales are final. Refunds are offered on an exceptions-only basis, and are subject to re-stocking charges and terms as detailed below. Returns are only accepted for product warranty and repair work, under the condition that a factory defect is present and the product is still covered by warranty (see warranty page for more details). All products come with an INDUSTRY-LEADING 31-DAY WARRANTY which
ONLY covers manufacturer defects in workmanship under proper/normal operating conditions; this warranty EXCLUDES all
promotional items that have a sold cost of $0.00 (free giveaways, etc). You MUST contact us via e-mail immediately if you are experiencing any product issues that may be related to a manufacturer's defect, and you MUST obtain an RMA number prior to returning products.

Items returned under warranty for repair/replacement, if found to be defective due to a manufacturer's defect, are
NOT eligible for an exchange to a different item, unless the original
item is out of stock, at which time Airsoft Megastore may exercise full
discretion for exchanging the original item purchased to a different
item. Return for refund
Though all sales are final, exceptions MAY be granted on BRAND NEW items that must be returned due to outstanding circumstances (i.e. unauthorized purchase, improper product fitment/non-compatibility, etc). In order to obtain an exception, you MUST contact Airsoft Megastore's support department via phone [1-800-288-9631] or email [support@airsoftmegastore.com] and obtain an exception and RMA for your return.
Please note that due to the nature of Airsoft products, all items returned under warranty period for refund WILL be subject to a MINIMUM of 25% re-stocking fee. This fee is non-negotiable; by making a purchase from Airsoft Megastore, the buyer is agreeing to be subject to and bound by all terms and conditions of the return policy.
All returned items MUST:
- Be returned in new condition with no damage or modifications to either the outer packing or to the product itself - Have no alterations made to the blaze orange tip mandated by Federal Law on ANY airsoft gun purchased from Airsoft Megastore, including but not limited to damage, removal, and/or alternate coloration (doing any of the above mentioned WILL result in the termination of any and all warranties, whether written, spoken, or implied). Furthermore, Returned items with altered orange tips will be returned to the sender at their own cost, or will otherwise be discarded. - NOT be found to have been broken due to use of inferior grade BBs and/or improper size/weight BBs, including all sporting-goods store branded BBs (i.e. Crosman, SoftAir USA, SoftAir, UltraSonic (licensed by SoftAir USA), AirStrike USA, Flying Colors, CyberGun, CyberGun S.A., Gamo, Beesman, etc.) -- SEE OUR "GUIDE TO GOOD BBs" for information on how to easily avoid getting your warranty voided by BAD BBs - If electric, NOT be found to have been broken due to misuse in the form of overcharging a rechargeable battery for any airsoft electric gun will void any warranty, either written or implied. (Airsoft Megastore STRONGLY recommends purchasing a smart charger to protect your airsoft battery from damage)
A copy of Airsoft Megastore's RMA contract, which will be provided to you at the time of RMA issuance, MUST accompany
the defective item(s). Return Shipping
For all returned items that are deemed
to have manufacturers' defects, Airsoft Megastore WILL cover 100% of
the shipping costs incurred in shipping a REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE product
back to the customer. "Shipping costs" is defined as the cost of
standard ground shipping via UPS or USPS; the carrier is to be chosen
at Airsoft Megastore's discretion.
Although we strive to bring the BEST products to the market at the LOWEST prices, on extremely rare occurrences there may be an incidence where a buyer may have to return a product for exchange/replacement. In these occurrences, the cost of shipping and handling back to www.AirsoftMegastore.com is paid for by the buyer, since there is no way to verify that the product is INDEED a factory defect until it is examined by our technicians. If customers find return shipping to be expensive through local retail shipping centers (UPS Store, Fedex, etc), buyers DO have the option of contacting Airsoft Megastore Customer Support (by emailing: support@airsoftmegastore.com) to request for a LOW-COST Return Shipping Label. This means that Airsoft Megastore will send you an electronic return shipping label at a HIGHLY DISCOUNTED COST to help you incur MINIMAL shipping charges in the rare event that an item has to be shipped back to us.
Refusal of Package/Order Cancellation
We ship most orders within hours of receipt of the order. If your order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order if your order has not been charged and/or shipped. If your shipment is already in transit, we may not be able to cancel your order. Any orders refused and therefore shipped back to AirsoftMegastore.com will receive a partial refund if the item is received in new and working condition; the partial refund would be the remainder of the payment after the subtraction of a 25% restocking fee and the actual shipping costs TO and FROM the buyer. In cases where your item received FREE shipping, we will only assess a valid shipping fee for the return postage (whatever UPS/USPS charges us). If the item returned has been damaged in trasit, the refund amount will be at the sole discretion of AirsoftMegastore.com.
Wrong Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping information. All extra costs due to the buyer's providing a wrong mailing address will be charged to the buyer before the shipment is sent out once again.
