For 2010, the gears, piston, piston head, and hop-up assembly have been re-designed to provide a smoother power delivery, making for more powerful shots from this already-excellent M14 AEG. The motor has been swapped for CYMA's newest ultra high-torque motor for an extremely high ROF [rate of fire] never before seen on an M14, making this one of the BEST M14s on the market, bar none. With a fully charged battery, the all-new 2010 CYMA M14 is able to fire at over 800 rounds per minute at close to 400 FPS, a feat that is simply amazing!

Battery Charger Recommendation: Although this fully automatic airsoft rifle comes with a standard wall charger to charge the battery, Airsoft Megastore recommends the use of a smart charger to avoid overcharging the battery (overcharged batteries may cause decreased airsoft gun performance and may shorten battery life significantly). Smart chargers not only shorten charge time significantly (up to 800% faster charging), but more importantly, also automatically shut off once the battery is fully charged to avoid overcharged batteries.

This gun is incredible. The accuracy for an AEG isnt normally great but this is spot on. The guns ROF may be a little slow but it packs a punch. It would be nice to have gotten a scope mount however, the sites are perfect. A quick fix, if you cant see the front site in dark areas, take a knife and lightly scratch the pronged front sites until the matte paint comes off. You can now use it in any lighting.

I bought this gun a week ago, today it arrived in the mail. This gun is good, its not awesome, but its pretty good. I am not impressed with it, as the flash hider is poorly designed and is lopsided, skewering my aim. I suggest, for any one who likes CYMA, to get the ak-47 model CM.028A. It is the perfect ak (full metal) and costs roughly the same as the gun i got. Dont get me wrong, this gun is good, but not as good as the other CYMA guns.
