Originally, I had thought of going with the Classic army m15a4 (same ar-replica, just like this model). but after my friend Pat who is a long-time airsofter recommended me to this rifle, i could not have been more happy wiht my choice.
first off, i saved $200 over the cost of the classic army, and when you hold these 2 rifles together side by side, you literraly cannot tell the difference (Ryan, a newbie to the sport of airsoft, had just got his M15A4 so we compared them next to each other)
performance is a whole 'nother story. every time we are out shooting (3 acres of dedicated airsoft playing field on our ranch, so engagement distances were pretty long), my D-Boys rifle constantly was outranging the classic army.
accuracy is on par with classic army, but this rifle has got a little bit more oomph to it. we estimated FPS to be about 390 w/ 0 . 20g bbs.
If you are in the market, I would definitely suggest giving this rifle a thought...

Good gun, not the best, but still good |

The gun's great and all just make sure you don't under/overcharge your battery. I was messing around with the hop up and I'll have to fix it cause I think bbs are clogging but other than that it's a good quality gun...all metal, just gotta break it in, that's all.

great gun for the price |

i found this gun to work great...took it out to my local field and it preformed great. The battery lasted about 7 hours and chronoed at 365 fps...great gun everything is full metal. Unfortunately the front mount for the tactical sling ( which is comes with) is very strange...there is no place really to attach it and its a pain to get on anywhere. The sling is quality = just the mount for it isn't. I was able to use the gun well even w/o the sling. The tactical fore grip (which also ships with the gun) is decent quality...i would recommend using it due to the gun weighing about 9-10 pounds. The PEQ box isn't too bad if you just put it on one of the side rails. Overall i give this gun a 5/5...
