is this gun able to accept spring upgrades, barrels, so on and so forth? Im looking for a gun to mess around with upgrades before i mess with my $200 gun.

Re to Hop Up? |

a hop up is a fixture inside an airsoft gun that puts backspin on the bb so it flys farther, straighter, and doesnt shoot straight down like some airsoft guns without hop ups.
By the way... I cant wait for this gun to come in the mail!!!

pretty good gun |

Me and my brother got this gun about 2-3 years ago. So far we have one left. Mine fried after being in some rain because of the holes on top right over the battery. While my brothers still works! His does work but the stock breaks off if you hit it on the ground or something hard. Even though the stock broke off it still works and my friend even wanted to buy it.
Overall it is a good starter gun and as long as you stay out of the rain (unless you cover or protect the battery) it will work. It doesn't really hurt mabey just a thumb on you and the clip runs out in like 20 seconds of continouse fire (which it says not to do)
Pros:
good starter
works pretty well
rails don't break very easily
clip holds a deceent ammount
shoots kind of far with the right BBs
if stock breaks works well as a sub machine gun
Cons:
doesn't hurt
doesn't shoot very far
frys easily
doesn't hurt
barrels break off easily
stock breaks if hit with something hard or on the ground
