What should I wear during play?
We suggest that protective eye wear be worn at ALL TIMES in order to prevent injury to your eyes. The consumer or purchaser releases Airsoft Megastore of all liability, regarding use of the product or otherwise, by agreeing to the terms at checkout and by successfully submitting/placing an order online or over the phone. *Please play safely as you play at your own risk!

Why does my gun have an orange tip?
1. All airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange by Federal Law. Any person who changes, alters, removes, or obliterates any coloration or markings that are required by any applicable state or federal law or regulation, for any imitation firearm (replica firearm), or device in any way that makes the imitation firearm (replica firearm) or device look more like a firearm is guilty of violating the state or federal law.
*Removal of the orange tip immediately voids your product warranty!

What laws should I be aware of before playing airsoft?
1. All airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange. No person may openly display or expose any imitation firearm (replica firearm), in a public place. The term "public place" means an area open to the public or exposed to public view and includes streets, sidewalks, bridges, alleys, plazas, parks, driveways, parking lots, automobiles, whether moving or not, and buildings open to the general public, including those that serve food or drink, or provide entertainment, and the doorways and entrances to buildings or dwellings and the grounds enclosing them.

2. It is the consumers' responsibility to find out and adhere to local regulations on any of the products Airsoft Megastore sells. Please check with your local and state government regarding replica firearms/Airsoft gun laws before purchasing. What should I do before I play in my backyard?

We do not condone, nor do we recommend playing Airsoft in your backyard. Airsoft play should always be limited to a sanctioned and licensed Airsoft arena, field, or indoor field. In the event of backyard play, we suggest informing your neighbors that you will be playing with a replica airsoft gun. Doing so will protect you from possible conflict and confusion between a regular firearm and an airsoft gun.

What are my buyer responsibilities?
The buyer or consumer who purchases from AirsoftMegastore.com is responsible for informing themselves of all local and state laws. Additionally any person whom purchases from our website is responsible for reviewing and accepting all terms and conditions set forth on AirsoftMegastore.com. Why do I need to verify my order?
If in the event we cannot ship to your address we will call and email you with requests to confirm your order details. Additionally we spot check random orders to verify their validity in order to prevent unauthorized purchases from shipping. Please be sure to contact us right away should we leave you a voicemail or email requesting verification. Your order will be delayed in processing until a confirmation is received. *Please note a written and signed authorization may be requested on higher dollar amount orders.

Why was my credit card declined during check out?
There are three main reasons why your credit card might have been declined.

1. Information Mismatch
The information you entered does not correspond with the current information on file with your credit card company. The most common mistakes are:

- Address information
- CVV number

*Double and triple check your information before placing a transaction to avoid this problem.

2. Suspicious Activity/Unusual Activity
Your credit card company will suspend your funds because it does not coincide with your usual spending habits. Suspicious/Unusual Activity includes but is not limited to:

- Large purchase amounts.
- A purchase made very far away from your usual spending radius.
- Multiple purchases within a short time frame.

*This is due to counter-fraud protocols set forth by the card company and can usually be cleared up with a phone call.

3. Insufficient Funds
This usually takes place after multiple attempts to purchase something with incorrect information, after every attempted faulty transaction the funds for that attempt are frozen and pending by the online credit card service. Do NOT Worry!

*This is also a counter-fraud protection; you will get your money back for the faulty transactions, usually within 48 to 72 hours depending on your banks policies. **Please note for immediate removal please contact Customer Service at 818-495-6502 and we may be able to speed up the process with a phone call or fax to your bank. Please note not all banks allow a speedy removal. We will attempt the removal once; however, if your bank does not allow this you must wait for the bank to clear the pending holds on their own.

I found the same item on another site, do you offer price matching?

Do you sell to international customers?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship out side of the United States and Canada due to international laws that prohibit the sale/unlicensed transport of Airsoft products to various countries. We can and do sell to international customers; however, your order must be phoned into our customer service department for processing. Additionally since we do not ship internationally, the package must be shipped to a U.S. or Canadian address. You then must coordinate the transfer of your purchase to its final destination. AirsoftMegastore.com is not responsible for the transit of your package once it has been successfully delivered to its US or Canada shipping destination specified during the order process.

How do I use my coupon code?

The item I want is 'Out of Stock' what happens now?
1. If in the event the item you are wanting to purchase is out of stock you may request to be notified once it is available by clicking the notify me button. Simply enter your email address and we will email you once the item is back in stock.
2. If the item you purchased becomes out of stock we will notify you promptly via email and by phone. We will offer a few alternate items for suggestion based on the type of item you originally requested to purchase. If the suggested items are not suitable to your needs we can either issue a store credit for the value of the item purchase or we can issue a refund back to your credit card for that item. For large orders we will ship all other items out for quick process however you will still be notified before the package ships in order to fulfill the out of stock item with an in stock item.

How can I cancel my order?
1. If you wish you cancel your order because you no longer want the package you may do so by calling into our customer service department at 818-495-6502. We will cancel any order placed as long as the order is not in a "Pending Shipment status". We will do all that we can to cancel the order at your request; however, we may not be able to stop the package if our warehouse has already begun processing your order. We suggest you contact us immediately upon changing your mind so that we can attempt to stop the package from being processed and shipped in the warehouse.
2. If your order moves into our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot stop or cancel the order. You must wait for the package to arrive, and then send it back unopened for a full refund minus any applicable shipping charges incurred to Airsoft Megastore on the original shipment (outbound to you).

Sales tax will be charged to any order shipping to California at the applicable sales tax rate pursuant to your location jurisdiction.

Do you accept international credit cards?
International credit cards are accepted however additional information will be needed during the time of check out. All international orders must be placed over the phone with one of our Customer Service Representatives. What happens when I file a charge back?
The process can take anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months to allow time for a thorough review by your credit card company bank. Please note that there is a $25.00 processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due (if and when a credit is due) if a charge back claim is granted in Airsoft Megastore's favor, as a deterrent for frivolous charge back cases. To prevent loss of time and money, we advise our customers to contact our customer service prior to contacting their financial institution to dispute a charge, as we are confident we will be able to resolve the issue satisfactorily.

What is AirsoftMegastore.com Store Credit and how do I get it?
AirsoftMegastore.com issues credit for returns, customer accommodations, and sold out items. This credit is good to be used on our website for all your purchases.

How do I use my store credit?
If a store credit has been applied to your account you will receive an email notification stating the credit is available for use along with the total store credit amount.

1. Simply log into your AirsoftMegastore.com online account and the store credit will automatically apply to any order placed online. If your available store credit is more than the entire purchase price including all taxes and shipping charges you will not need to submit an alternate payment. The remaining available store credit balance will be updated for use after your order is successfully submitted.

2. If your store credit amount is less than the total amount due for your purchase, the store credit will be deducted in its entirety which then will reduce the total; amount due to be paid with an alternate payment such as a credit card or gift certificate. If additional money is due after the store credit has been applied, please see the Order FAQ's for more details regarding credit card payments.

How can I obtain the balance of my Store Credit?
You may log into your AirsoftMegastore.com online account to view your store credit balance. Simply click on the Available store credit button and the information will be displayed on the page. This information is updated upon issuance of the credit as well as deduction for purchases made using this form of payment.

Shipping

What is AirsoftMegastore.com's daily order processing cut off time?
Orders placed with ground shipping (UPS Ground) will be shipped within 1 business day after successful receipt of payment. Any order placed with expedited shipping and/or rush delivery prior to 12:00pm PST will ship on the same day. All orders placed and received after 12:00pm PST will ship on the following business day. Please note that AirsoftMegastore.com operates and ships packages on Monday through Friday. All orders placed after business hours, on holidays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

*Please note if your order is selected for additional verification your order can be delayed depending on how quickly you verify your order. Please respond to our request ASAP in order to promptly process and ship your package.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

What is shipping insurance?
Shipping insurance is an optional purchase that can be added to your order while in check out. We suggest shipping insurance be purchased for all orders as an extra precaution in the unfortunate event your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Shipping insurance cost pennies on the dollar and can range anywhere from $1+ depending on the total weight and value of the product. If CPI package insurance is selected during checkout, the quoted shipping cost including insurance will be displayed in the shopping cart.

What do I do if my items arrive damaged?
If your package arrived damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 818-495-6502. We will begin a UPS damaged package claim upon notification of the damaged package. UPS damaged package claims take up to 8 business days to resolve; however, additional days may be required in order to properly document, research and resolve the claim. If CPI package insurance is not purchased during checkout, the customer must wait for the entire claim process to be completed before we can offer a resolution.

In the event that a product does arrive damaged, only the broken item(s) will have to be picked up by the shipping carrier for inspection and replacement. Any other items that are in functional order can be held onto.

What is the process for reporting a damaged package?
Once the package has been reported to customer service, the shipping carrier will be notified to initiate an investigation. In most cases, UPS will contact the customer directly in order to obtain more details as well as schedule a pick-up to retrieve the damaged item. UPS will attempt to pick up the package 3 times. If UPS is unable to retrieve the package to investigate, they will close the claim and deny reimbursement for the damaged package. Please be sure to be available if UPS contacts you to schedule the pick-up.

What do I do if my package is lost?
If your package was lost in transit or shows as delivered when tracking on UPS.com but is nowhere to be found on your property, please investigate with your neighbors and property management first (if applicable). If you are unable to locate the delivered package, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 818-495-6502. We will begin a UPS lost package claim upon notification of the damaged package. UPS damaged package claims take up to 8 business days to resolve; however, additional days may be required in order to properly document, research and resolve the claim. If CPI package insurance is not purchased during checkout, the customer must wait for the entire claim process to be completed before we can offer a resolution.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
Shipping can be calculated on the “Shopping Cart” page – we charge customer live rates quoted directly from the UPS online rate look-up tool, and DO NOT engage in the practice of “marking up”or “padding” shipping costs – whatever rate UPS charges is the rate we charge. The total shipping cost is dependent on the total weight, size and shipping method selected during check out. The quoted price listed will be the final price to ship the entire package. We offer FREE ground shipping to the Continental US on orders over $99! Please note that packages being shipped to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam, US Virgin Islands (USVI), and APO/FPO boxes do not qualify for the free shipping offer.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer Saturday delivery services.

Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping methods ranging from Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, and Rush Ground Delivery. Please note that order processing must be figured into the actual shipping time calculation. As an example, if an order is placed for next day delivery on Monday prior to 12pm PST, the order will be shipped the same day contingent on all items being in stock and the order passing all verification. Oops! I accidentally placed my order but I need to change something on it! What do I do?
Contact Customer Service immediately at 818-495-6502. We will do our best to correct the error on your order; however, we are consistently shipping and processing orders as we receive them. We may not be able to correct the mistake if the order has already moved into a "Pending Shipment" status and has moved into our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally besides Canada?

How are orders shipped to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses?

Returns

How can I return a product?
You may return a defective product within 45 days of receipt of the package. You have the option of a store credit for product(s) not being returned for a repair/replacement. Simply contact our Customer Service department at 818-495-6502 or by email at support@airsoftmegastore.com. We will be more than happy to issue an RMA for the return of the product. Please do not dispose of a product’s packaging or any parts included in the original packaging. Disposal of product packaging or product components may cause additional restocking and/or repair fees to be assessed should the product be returned and/or repaired for any reason.

If any signs of misuse are found on an item then a 25% or higher fee will be assessed based on the condition in which the product(s) are returned. We will not issue full refunds for products that have been egregiously abused or have been subjected to conditions that render the warranty void. Orders and/or item(s) being returned for credit/refund that were shipped using the"Free Shipping"option at checkout may be subject to an additional $15.00 shipping charge. The original cost of shipping levied onto Airsoft Megastore by the shipping carrier (typically UPS or USPS) to deliver a package to the customer will automatically be subtracted from the otherwise full credit issued.

Product Warranty & Info

Does my gun have a warranty?
Yes, most products sold at AirsoftMegastore.com is backed by our industry leading 45 day product warranty. Items that are defective within the warranty period can be returned for either repair/replacement or credit. If an item is deemed to have a manufacturer's defect, we will repair, replace or issue a store credit for the value of the item dependent on the condition it is received once returned. Repair or replacement will be subject to technician discretion upon completion of return inspection.

Repair - If we are able to repair the gun to factory specifications, we will repair the gun and reship the same product back to you at no additional cost.
Replacement - If we are unable to repair the gun, we will ship a brand new replacement if one is available and cover the cost of shipping to send the gun to you.
Store Credit - If we are unable to repair the gun and ship a replacement, a full store credit will be issued to you towards the purchase of a new gun.

What kind of BBs should I use with my gun?
We suggest only using high grade quality BBs. All BBs available for purchase on our website are valid for use with the products we sell. Any BBs purchased from a sporting goods store or outdoors/hunting store that is not a specialty Airsoft retailer may not be of good enough quality and therefore may damage the internals of your gun, resulting in a voided product warranty. What do the numbers on my battery mean?
Airsoft gun batteries are made from multiple cells. Each cell has a voltage (V) and milliamp (mah) number associated with it, which is also how each battery is classified. For example, an 8.4v 1400mAh battery has 8.4 volts and 1700 milliampere hours. The voltage rating affects your gun's rate of fire (higher voltage = faster rate of fire). The milliampere hours rating (mah) is related to the longevity of the battery (higher mah = the longer your battery will last on a single charge).

How do I charge my battery?
These are the proper charging instructions for standard wall chargers. If you have an upgraded or smart charger, you may disregard the following:
1. Find your battery's voltage and mah number.
2. Find your charger's voltage and mah out-put.
3. Divide the battery's mah by the charger's mah.
4. Multiply that quotient by 1.4.
The answer will be the total number of hours the battery needs to be charged on that charger.

*Do not over charge your battery; it will ruin the battery.

What kind of gas should I use with my pistol?

1. Green Gas- Green Gas is another form of gas that can be used. However green gas can be hard to find.
2. Propane- Propane is exactly the same thing as green gas, except propane gas is not lubricated with silicone. In order to use propane in your gas gun you must first lubricate the gas with silicone spray to avoid damage to your gun.
3. CO2- CO2 can only be used in guns that have been specially designed to be powered by CO2.

What is CPO?
AirsoftMegastore's certified pre-owned guns are Airsoft guns that have been returned to us, either due to a previous buyer no longer wanting the product, or due to a minor manufacturer's defect. They are deemed by our certified Technicians to be in too GOOD of shape to boneyard, but due to the packaging being scuffed up or other minor reasons, are NOT good enough to be restocked.
