the a&k version is better. it has stronger internals (metal bushings and stronger gearbox) and it also houses a stronger spring (it has a m130, while i think this gun features a m120) i've heard the a&k version metal is also of a higher quality, but im not sure about that one.

my friend has had this for a while now and i can say that it's pretty good. the fps and accuracy are pretty good but the rof is amazing even with an 8.4v battery!
maybe i'll try it out with an 11.1v bat :)
4/5

My mod 1 was very solid and shot great outta the box, however I could only pierce one side of a can with a .25. I broke it down, cleaned the excess grease and shimmed it. While I was in there I tested the compression, and there was none. I could cover the nozle and push the piston forward with no resistance what so ever. I slaped a G&P polycarb in along with a metal spring guide I had lying around and Booyah, shooting through the bottom now, no problem. Accuracy is so so but so goes the story with stock barrels. Overall a great performing solidly constructed AEG. Dboys does still require DIY quality control but nothin serious, just a few loose screws.

has anyone chrono'd this gun to find its real fps?
how is its ROF?
could it hold an A&K M4/M16 box mag?
how stable is the bipod?
how solid is the gun all together?

AMAZING

This is an amazing weapon, not only does it pack precision and power into a good package, but it looks cool too. There would only be one downside that I can think of, and that is, its a little hard to load the magazine, and if you are using different types of magazines, you need to alter them yourself to get them to fit.
All in all, GREAT weapon, whether you are sniping, or up front with the rest, it will provide the fire you want.
