Shipping Policy
All orders usually ship within 1 business day; to avoid delays in shipping, please make sure that all orders are placed with a correct and valid name & address.
Orders placed after 12:00PM PST each day usually ship out on the following business day.
Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on how far you are away from California. We are not responsible for any damage or delay for any order on the part of the shipping company, but always do our best to accommodate any special shipping requests.
No orders are shipped on holidays and/or weekends (in direct accordance with UPS, our shipping department works from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday thru Friday). Please inspect your package(s) carefully before signing for delivery. Simply look for the  logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $149 or more, your order ships FREE (within Continental US)!
Free shipping is defined as UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority mail, or any other economic method of shipping, to be determined by us. Orders to AK, HI, PR, Guam, Saipan, Virgin Islands, APO/AE and other non-continental US territories will be assessed additional shipping charges, even if the order qualifies for free shipping.
If you need to use an expedited shipping service, an additional fee will be charged in accordance with the type of service you would like to use. Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping orders.
We cannot guarantee a certain set delivery date. Once the package leaves our shipping center, it is no longer in our jurisdiction and is a responsibility of the set shipping carrier to deliver the package on time.
