At AirsoftMegastore.com, our commitment is BRINGING AIRSOFT TO THE MASSES, but in doing so we have not forgotten about you the most passionate of players. With the above said, please understand that we get many requests to sponsor teams and are more than happy to do so. We certainly want to be as accommodating to as many "real" teams as possible so we have set-up a simple verification system so as to allow our sponsorships to go to those truly deserving, and yes, passionate teams.
What You Need to Do
Please send the following information either via email to
sponsor@airsoftmegastore.com or via regular mail to 5012 4th St., Irwindale, CA 91706. All Team Members must be at least 16 years of age to qualify for sponsorship. Sorry,no exceptions.
- Team Name
- Team Captain's Name, Address (for shipping purposes), Telephone Number and Email Address.
- Team Members' Names, Email Addresses.
- Name of Field and location where your Team primarily plays at.
- Must be an established team with at least 6 months of playing history, and must play in at least one game or skirmish per month at a public airsoft field or arena.
- Must have a minimum of 6 permanent players (all current members must be in good standing with local airsoft fields and display good sportsmanship habits).
- Team Website (if you have one) or Facebook Page. At least one or the other is required.
- Copy of a Picture ID of ALL Team Members. Driver's License, Student ID or similar Is acceptable for verification. We just want to make sure you are who you say you are. These items can be easily scanned and emailed with the rest of the required information or mailed. Please be assured that we will keep this information strictly confidential and it will only be used for verification purposes. Once verified,this information will be properly destroyed. Please do not use Credit Cards, Social Security Cards or similar for such verification.
- Shirt sizes for all Team Members. We carry adult Small, Medium, Large and X-Large sizes.
- Please note that we will not be able to process your sponsorship request without the above information in full.
Sponsored Team Benefits
- Once your team has been verified, then the Team Captain will receive a confirmation email confirming your acceptance as a Sponsored Team.
- The email will also include a coupon code for you and your team for 20% off an Airsoft player's most precious commodity...BBs. The coupon code will be good for any brand of BBs and any size and can be used multiple times by each team member.
- A box containing AirsoftMegastore.com exclusive T-shirts sized according to the information that you sent during the verification process will be sent to the Team Captain for distribution to the entire team.
- AirsoftMegastore.com patches for each team member will also be sent to the Team Captain for distribution to the other team members.
