Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Why are there typos on my manual? Did I receive the wrong gun or wrong manual?
For some airsoft guns, the manuals may contain typos and/or information that may be misleading (regarding either what is supposed to come with the package, and/or what functions the airsoft gun is supposed to have). Due to the fact that the majority (95-99%) of Airsoft guns are manufactured in Asia, no retailer can guarantee the manuals for each airsoft gun to be free of any typographical/informational errors.
Airsoft Megastore, however, prides ourselves with providing accurate information. That is why on the description of every product, we have a "PACKAGE INCLUDES" section that tells buyers EXACTLY what the package includes. Often-times, manuals will erroneously list a package as INCLUDING an item when in fact it does not (usually items that are rendered obsolete or are simply unnecessary, i.e. charging rod/charger rod for guns w/ hi-cap mags, or other small items that were never meant to be included with the package, but somehow made it onto the manual). If you experience this discrepancy, please ignore the manual, as we try to advertise with 100% accuracy as to EXACTLY what will come in the box.
Other manual/instructions errors may include subtle differences in how an airsoft gun operates. For example, many airsoft guns with hi-cap magazine will still have manuals that include instructions/illustrations that tell the user to load the magazine in the way you load a low-cap magazine. Please also do ignore these typographical errors, and refer to our "How to load a hi-cap magazine" Knowledge Base article should you have any questions about that.
While hard to avoid, typographical errors should be excused if the proper information is given (hence this article). Feel free to contact Airsoft Megastore via email at email@example.com should you have any further questions regarding your manual(s).
