Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. Return Policy
Due
to the nature of Airsoft products and accessories, all sales are
final. Refunds are offered on an exceptions-only basis, and are
subject to re-stocking charges and terms as detailed below. Returns
are only accepted for product warranty and repair work, under the
condition that a factory defect is present and the product is still
covered by warranty (see warranty page for more details). All products come with an INDUSTRY-LEADING 31-DAY WARRANTY which
ONLY covers manufacturer defects in workmanship under proper/normal operating conditions; this warranty EXCLUDES all
promotional items that have a sold cost of $0.00 (free giveaways, etc). You
MUST contact us via e-mail immediately if you are experiencing any
product issues that may be related to a manufacturer's defect, and you
MUST obtain an RMA number prior to returning products.

Items returned under warranty for repair/replacement, if found to be defective due to a manufacturer's defect, are
NOT eligible for an exchange to a different item, unless the original
item is out of stock, at which time Airsoft Megastore may exercise full
discretion for exchanging the original item purchased to a different
item.
Return for refund
Though
all sales are final, exceptions MAY be granted on BRAND NEW items that
must be returned due to outstanding circumstances (i.e. unauthorized
purchase, improper product fitment/non-compatibility, etc). In order
to obtain an exception, you MUST contact Airsoft Megastore's support
department via phone [1-800-288-9631] or email
[support@airsoftmegastore.com] and obtain an exception and RMA for your
return.
Please note that due to the nature of Airsoft products,
all items returned under warranty period for refund WILL be subject to
a MINIMUM of 25% re-stocking fee. This fee is non-negotiable; by
making a purchase from Airsoft Megastore, the buyer is agreeing to be
subject to and bound by all terms and conditions of the return policy.
All returned items MUST:
- Be returned in new condition with no damage or modifications to either the outer packing or to the product itself

Have no alterations made to the blaze orange tip mandated by Federal
Law on ANY airsoft gun purchased from Airsoft Megastore, including but
not limited to damage, removal, and/or alternate coloration (doing any
of the above mentioned WILL result in the termination of any and all
warranties, whether written, spoken, or implied). Furthermore,
Returned items with altered orange tips will be returned to the sender
at their own cost, or will otherwise be discarded.

NOT be found to have been broken due to use of inferior grade BBs
and/or improper size/weight BBs, including all sporting-goods store
branded BBs (i.e. Crosman, SoftAir USA, SoftAir, UltraSonic (licensed
by SoftAir USA), AirStrike USA, Flying Colors, CyberGun, CyberGun S.A.,
Gamo, Beesman, etc.) -- SEE OUR "GUIDE TO GOOD BBs" for information on
how to easily avoid getting your warranty voided by BAD BBs
- If
electric, NOT be found to have been broken due to misuse in the form of
overcharging a rechargeable battery for any airsoft electric gun will
void any warranty, either written or implied. (Airsoft Megastore
STRONGLY recommends purchasing a smart charger to protect your airsoft
battery from damage)
A copy of Airsoft Megastore's RMA contract, which will be provided to you at the time of RMA issuance, MUST accompany
the defective item(s).
Return Shipping
For all returned items that are deemed
to have manufacturers' defects, Airsoft Megastore WILL cover 100% of
the shipping costs incurred in shipping a REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE product
back to the customer. "Shipping costs" is defined as the cost of
standard ground shipping via UPS or USPS; the carrier is to be chosen
at Airsoft Megastore's discretion.
Although
we strive to bring the BEST products to the market at the LOWEST
prices, on extremely rare occurrences there may be an incidence where a
buyer may have to return a product for exchange/replacement. In these
occurrences, the cost of shipping and handling back to www.AirsoftMegastore.com is
paid for by the buyer, since there is no way to verify that the product
is INDEED a factory defect until it is examined by our technicians. If
customers find return shipping to be expensive through local retail
shipping centers (UPS Store, Fedex, etc), buyers DO have the option of
contacting Airsoft Megastore Customer Support (by emailing:
support@airsoftmegastore.com) to request for a LOW-COST Return Shipping
Label. This means that Airsoft Megastore will send you an electronic
return shipping label at a HIGHLY DISCOUNTED COST to help you incur
MINIMAL shipping charges in the rare event that an item has to be
shipped back to us.
Refusal of Package/Order Cancellation
We
ship most orders within hours of receipt of the order. If your order
has already been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. Every
effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order if
your order has not been charged and/or shipped. If your shipment is
already in transit, we may not be able to cancel your order. Any
orders refused and therefore shipped back to AirsoftMegastore.com will
receive a partial refund if the item is received in new and working
condition; the partial refund would be the remainder of the payment
after the subtraction of a 25% restocking fee and the actual shipping
costs TO and FROM the buyer. In cases where your item received FREE
shipping, we will only assess a valid shipping fee for the return
postage (whatever UPS/USPS charges us). If the item returned has been
damaged in trasit, the refund amount will be at the sole discretion of
AirsoftMegastore.com.
Wrong Shipping Address
It
is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping
information. All extra costs due to the buyer's providing a wrong
mailing address will be charged to the buyer before the shipment is
sent out once again.
Federal Law
We ship ALL of our airsoft guns, including rifles, pistols, and other types of airsoft products that are able to propel a 6mm plastic projectile, with a BLAZE ORANGE TIP, in accordance with federal law. Please consult your local law enforcement agency if you do not know whether airsoft is legal in your area. By purchasing this item, the buyer warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older and is legally able to purchase the item shown. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner, and that he or she is of legal age. The buyer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AirsoftMegastore.com, its owners, employees, agents and affiliates for any and all legal action arising from purchase, use or ownership of airsoft products. By purchasing, the buyer indicates that he or she has read and understood the above liability waiver and that he or she agrees to be bound by its terms.

All batteries purchased on this website are certified rechargable batteries. One Tech Sourcing is not responsible for incompatible battery sizing.
Warranty Policy
While
most other online airsoft retailers offer either no warranty, or a
48-hour to 5-day warranty, Airsoft Megastore is proud to offer THE BEST PRODUCT WARRANTY IN THE AIRSOFT INDUSTRY, a comprehensive 31-Day warranty
on ALL of the products we carry (unless otherwise stated), which covers
items purchased against defects in manufacturing and workmanship under
standard operating conditions (no excessive wear and tear, poor BBs,
overcharged batteries, etc) -- see below for full details on warranty
coverage. We
work hard to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and are committed to
providing top-notch service be it BEFORE, DURING, or AFTER your
purchase.
- For
item(s) that are deemed to be serviceable under stated warranty,
Airsoft Megastore retains full discretion to repair or replace said
item(s) using new, refurbished, or reconditioned but functionally
identical parts and/or accessories. If an item covered under warranty
is deemed to be unfit for repair, Airsoft Megastore retains full
discretion to REPLACE the item with a brand new, identical model.
- Please
read ALL warranty details, terms, and exclusions, as written below, in
order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product warranty you
are entitled to. By making a purchase from www.AirsoftMegastore.com, buyers agree to be subject to and bound by any/all terms of the warranty policy.
- Shipping
costs incurred from Airsoft Megastore back to the customer on a
repaired/replacement item IS covered in full by Airsoft Megastore.
Shipping back to Airsoft Megastore for items covered under warranty is
NOT covered by Airsoft Megastore, and any/all costs associated with
shipping an item back to Airsoft Megastore is the sole responsibility
of the product's owner/user. As a courtesy to our customers, we offer
DISCOUNTED return shipping labels purchased through us as an
alternative to mailing a return package out via retail shipping
outlets, where shipping costs may be unreasonably high. If you need a

How to PREVENT Voiding Your Warranty:
- For
ALL Airsoft guns, do NOT use BBs found in Sporting Goods stores or at
discounters like Walmart or Target. These BBs have been conclusively
linked to causing IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE to your gearbox/piston/gun due to
irregularities in BB shape/spherical consistency and also low density
content, which often leads to BBs shattering inside your gun and
damaging the internals.
- For
AEGs (electric automatic guns), do NOT repeatedly tap the trigger on
semi-automatic (especially in a quick fashion). This will LOCK UP your
gearbox and may cause possible damage to the piston assembly/gearbox.
- For
Spring Airsoft guns, do NOT repeatedly cock the gun before firing.
This will cause an excessive amount of BBs to fill the chamber and
cause jamming/damage to the firing assembly, thus voiding your warranty.
- If
you do NOT know how to adjust the hop-up on your gun, DO NOT proceed to
adjust your hop-up. Over-adjustment may lead to jamming, and may cause
damage to your Airsoft gun's internals.

Warranty Details, Terms and Exclusions:- Product Abuse/Neglect:
Product defects that are a result of user abuse/damage, including but
not limited to physical damage, drops onto hard surfaces, accidental
abuse/neglect, improper operation/storage/maintenance, lack of
maintenance, exposure to liquids, high levels of humidity,
dirt/mud/sand, exposure to any/all extreme weather conditions, abnormal
operating conditions, and/or any or all of the above are deemed to be
acts of negligence on the part of the buyer and are NOT covered under
Airsoft Megastore's warranty. Furthermore, negligence also causes any
warranty(s), whether stated or implied, to be voided in full.
- Returns that have been
broken due to use of inferior grade BBs (low density, low quality, sporting goods store brand/grade BBs) and/or improper size/weight BBs,
including all sporting-goods store branded BBs (i.e. Crosman, SoftAir USA,
SoftAir, UltraSonic (licensed by SoftAir USA), AirStrike USA, Flying Colors,
CyberGun, CyberGun S.A., Gamo, Beeman, etc.) will be discarded or shipped back
to the sender, as products using these types of BBs WILL malfunction. Inferior
BBs may shatter inside the gun and indefinitely damage the gun, and/or may
damage the internals due to poor craftsmanship, thereby ending and voiding any
warranty either written or implied.
- Unauthorized or Illegal Product Modification:
Product defects that are a result of modifications/upgrades manifested
in any way, shape, or form are NOT covered under warranty, and causes
any warranty(s), whether stated or implied, to be voided in full. This
includes, but is not limited to, the installation of
aftermarket/upgrade parts, the alteration of product components, the
removal of orange tips (which are Federally mandated), and/or any other
types of product tampering.
- Warranty Limitations and Terms:
Any and all warranties offered by Airsoft Megastore, whether written or
implied, are limited to the duration of the product warranties as
explicitly expressed above. Outside of the warranty period, the
repair, exchange, or replacement of any and all products are the sole
responsibilities of the buyer, not Airsoft Megastore. While Airsoft
Megastore will continue to strive to provide top-notch after-sale
service, we will NOT be held liable, contractually or verbally, for
damages and/or costs incurred with any such products outside of the
warranty period.
- Spring Airsoft Guns:
All
products carried by Airsoft Megastore carry a 31-day warranty with the
exclusion of low-priced spring Airsoft guns. Due to the fact that
spring Airsoft guns are budget-minded products that maximize value and
are manufactured mostly out of plastic, Airsoft Megastore carries a
15-day warranty on ALL spring Airsoft guns. All other warranty terms
and exclusions apply to spring Airsoft guns.
Airsoft Megastore prides ourselves on offering some of the best
warranty coverage in the industry. Because we have contracted Q.C.
(quality control) personnel on site at most manufacturers who are also
present during product transport to ensure the highest standard of
quality is met for our products, we are highly confident in the quality
of our products.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, One Tech Sourcing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. One Tech Sourcing does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. One Tech Sourcing does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
One Tech Sourcing shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if One Tech Sourcing has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Because airsoft guns may still be a very sensitive item, please do NOT use these in public places and please carry them in gun bags at all times to avoid legal troubles. We are NOT responsible for any type of injury, harm, or mishap caused by the use of these replica firearms in ANY situation. Please be responsible and sensible.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a One Tech Sourcing product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, One Tech Sourcing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. One Tech Sourcing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, One Tech Sourcing shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by One Tech Sourcing without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice
One Tech Sourcing may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to One Tech Sourcing.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of One Tech Sourcing products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of One Tech Sourcing products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. One Tech Sourcing's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. One Tech Sourcing may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a One Tech Sourcing or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
