Our take: The AMS-SRC Stryke SR15-A3 Shorty RIS AEG is a realistic, durable and full-sized AEG rifle from SRC that features a full metal gearbox, an integrated rail system and a high torque motor. The compact size allows for great maneuverability in CQB environments, and the shorty stock provides all the stability and solidness of a full stock, at the length of a collapsible stock.

Sporting a handguard quad rail, aftermarket accessories (red dot scopes, tactical foregrips, flashlights, laser units, etc.) can easily attach to this SR15-A3 AEG. Unlike other M4s with full carrying handles, the Shorty has a removable tactical "chopped" rear sight that leaves the front portion of the rails exposed. This allows users to mount an optic on the rail, while still keeping the iron sights attached as a backup.
