It includes two EVA foam dummy plates (9 by 12 inches) and accommodates real or training plates up to 10 by 13 inches in the front and back compartments. Adjustable shoulder straps with removable padding and an adjustable waist strap with secure velcro flaps ensure a snug fit for most body types. Loaded with tactical storage, the CA 303KN comes with multiple integrated pouches to keep your gear organized and accessible.
