    The Makarov is a world renowned Soviet handgun that became popular after its introduction during the Vietnam War era, and has remained a favorite of Soviet weapon enthusiast for the last 65 years. It is a tough, lightweight, and highly reliable, just like the world famous, Soviet-made AK rifle. For players who need a powerful and accurate sidearm to complement their battlefield loadout, look no further than the WE Tech Makarov Gas Blowback Pistol.

    The entire frame of the WE Tech Makarov is constructed from durable metal, making it highly durable and also giving it a realistic weight. To improve shooter comfort a plastic wrap-around grip covers the pistol grip, and is also stippled on the sides and backstrap for better weapon control. On each side of the slide, serrations provide a positive gripping surface to make cycling the slide effortless. The WE Tech Makarov has a slide mounted safety lever that is positioned perfectly for easy access, so you can take the safety off quickly when you need to engage your opponents.

    Included in the standard package is a 120mm inner barrel extension, which can be attached via an 8mm positive thread. When attached, this inner barrel extension will improve shot consistency and also provide a marginal boost to to FPS and range. The included sixteen (16) round magazine is made entirely metal, and is slightly weighted to help improve the realism of this replica airsoft pistol. Unlike many other airsoft sidearms, the Makarov doesn't have a button-style magazine release, which allows the shooter to acquire a high, firm grip on the handgun without inadvertently pressing the mag release. Instead, the magazine release on the Makarov is on the bottom of the pistol grip, holding the magazine in the mag well from the bottom.

    Ammo type: Seamless 0.20g or heavier (0.23g, 0.25g, 0.26g, 0.28g, etc) BBs.
