    Free Shipping

    By choosing a free shipping promotion, you give Airsoft Megastore the right to choose how we ship the package to you. Free shipping means free shipping, with no processing fees or handling fees. Free Shipping is only valid for continental US orders only. Some items may be excluded please see current shipping promotions for more information.

    AMS Domestic Shipping Policy

    All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days; to avoid delays in shipping, please make sure that all orders are placed with a correct and valid name & address. Orders placed after 8 a.m. PST each day usually ship out on the following business day -- including expedited orders. Additionally, if you purchase an order on Friday after 8 a.m. with any shipping method, including Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3-Day Select, your order won't be processed and shipped out until Monday.

    Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on how far you are away from California. We are not responsible for any damage or delay for any order on the part of the shipping company, but always do our best to accommodate any special shipping requests.

    No orders are shipped on holidays and/or weekends (in direct accordance with UPS, our shipping department works from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST. Monday thru Friday). Please inspect your package(s) carefully before signing for delivery.

    2-Day Rush Saver, 3-Day Rush Saver, and 5-Day Rush Saver shipping services are defined as the most economical method of shipment in order for customers to receive their orders in the amount of time specified by the shipping method. Most 2-Day/3-Day/5-Day Rush SAVER shipping is done via UPS, and all quoted delivery times are quoted in BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise specified. A handling time of 1 business day still applies.

    For expedited shipping service, an additional fee will be charged in accordance with the type of service you select. Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to expedited shipping orders.

    Orders with any type of expedited shipping (i.e UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.), high order value, different bill to/ship to addresses may have to be verified for security purposes. Please note that if your order is flagged for further verification, date of shipping will depend on when we are able to clear your order.     While we make a best-effort attempt to package and ship your order immediately upon receipt, we are unable to guarantee delivery on any certain date due to potential shipping carrier delivery time variances.

    Canada Shipping Policy

    ALL DUTIES, BOND, & EXPEDITED CUSTOM CLEARANCE FEES INCLUDED. NO ADDITIONAL LANDED COST!*Please be aware that while Airsoft Megastore observes custom laws and regulations on shipping UNRESTRICTED airsoft products, we do relinquish responsibilities for orders being held, returned, or confiscated by Canadian customs. The purchaser is responsible for observance of all local, provincial, and national laws.

    You may purchase all non-gun items from our web store at your leisure without import restrictions. All orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days excluding U.S. holidays. AMS will ensure that all Airsoft guns will be shipped in accordance with CBSA Memorandum D19-13-2. Airsoft guns shipped to CA will have paperwork and associated markings that clearly label muzzle velocity between 366fps-499fps. All other products available from AMS are exempt from these restrictions. We are currently only shipping via USPS.

There may be other fees associated with the importation of Airsoft guns. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to be aware and informed of both Canadian and local/municipal regulations regarding compliance associated with purchase and use of Airsoft guns. Only specially labeled Airsoft Guns are eligible for shipment to Canada, so please only add to cart Airsoft Guns that are clearly labeled "Canada-Permitted". Please allow extra time for transit; orders shipping to Canada typically take 5-10 business days for transit* from the time the order is shipped from our facility in California, U.S.A.

    * Some orders may require additional processing time to allow for verification and/or CBSA inspection. AMS bears no responsibility or liability for delay due to customs clearance or due to inability to deliver to an adult consignee. Furthermore, customers are responsible for all local taxes, import duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees that may be assessed by the CBSA.
