    Our Flat Rate Repair Service is the perfect program for those guns that are out of warranty, but need some "tender loving care" or "TLC".This program is for AEGs with full metal gearboxes ONLY. No pistols, sniper rifles, shotguns, spring guns, gas and CO2 guns, or AEGs without full metal gearboxes will be accepted.

    You have made an investment in some pretty nice gear and much like your automobile. bike or computer, it needs to be occasionally serviced whether it is a tune-up or an actual repair or even an upgrade.

    Airsoft Megastore's TLC Flat Rate Repair Service will allow your Airsoft gun to last longer which in the long run will save you money while increasing your Airsoft gun's performance and reliability.

    At Airsoft Megastore, our highly trained technicians will take your out-of-warranty gun or old favorite, provided it was originally purchased from Airsoft Megastore, and make it perform to its maximum all for a Flat Rate.

    Airsoft Megastore is proud to present two (2) different options depending on your requirements and needs:



    This Package includes the following:
    • Replace Gears and Piston: We do not just inspect the gearbox internals, but we will replace the Gears and Piston if necessary.
    • Shim the Gears: If we replace your gears. we will also Shim the new Gears, as needed.
    • Replace 25 Amp Fuse (if applicable).
    • Re-lubricate the Internals
    • Clean the Gearbox.
    • Inspect and Replace, if needed, the Tappet Plate.
    • Inspect and Replace, if needed, the Spring Guide.
    • Do a Performance Enhancing Barrel Polishing
    • We return ALL replaced parts to you.
    • 45-Day Warranty on ALL parts against inherent defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship under standard operating conditions.
    • FREE Return Shipping Back to you within the Continental U.S.
    • There is a standard 5-10 business day processing time once your Airsoft gun reaches our repair facility, and an additional 3-7 business day transit time back out to you after the repair/maintenance is completed.
    Need to Knows:
    • You are responsible for shipping the Airsoft Gun to us at your own expense. We suggest UPS Ground which we have found to be the most cost-effective and it can be tracked. We also recommend going directly UPS to ship as using a 3rd party shipper for UPS may significantly increase your costs.
    • Inside the box, please include a copy of your purchase confirmation from AirsoftMegastore.com of this TLC 'Gold' Package and a short description of any problems you are having and any special information that you want our technicians to know about.
    • Please write your order number on the outside of the box.

    • If your gun is not repairable under the TLC Gold Package or with any further repairs as discussed above, we will inform you of that and you will then have two (2) additional options
    Option A: We will give you store credit of up to 50%of the gun's original cost depending on the condition of the gun + store credit for the TLC Gold Package's purchase price less a $25 Inspection Fee.

    Option B: We will return your gun to you and give you store credit for the TLC Gold Package's purchase price less $35 (an Inspection Fee of $25 and Shipping & Processing Fee of $10 to send the gun back to you).



    This Package includes the following:
    • Replace Gears and Piston with special CNC Milled Steel Gears, High Performance Piston and High Performance upgraded piston head: We do not just inspect the gearbox internals but we replace the Gears and Piston with top-of-the-line products; high performance parts chosen based on availability and may be from manufacturers such as Systema, SHS Performance, JBU, G&G, and others when available.
    • Shim the Gears: Since we are replacing the Gears, we also Shim the new Gears, if needed.
    • Replace 25 Amp Fuse (if applicable).
    • Re-lube the Internals.
    • Clean the Gearbox.
